Traditional uses of Imli Thailand

In Pakistani homes, Imli Thailand is commonly used in these ways:

• Made into imli aloo bukhara sharbat in summer
• Used for chutney with pakoray and chaat
• Adds sourness to daal, sambar and salan
• Used in the tradition to feel fresh in hot weather

How people commonly use it

Soak the pulp in warm water for 20 minutes, mash it and strain. Use the juice in cooking or drinks.
