We want you to be fully happy with every order. If something is not right, we will fix it. Please read how our returns work below.

7 day return policy

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is:

  • Unopened, with its original seal in place
  • Unused and in its original packing

Because herbs, powders, honey, oils, murabba and achar are food and personal care items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged, leaking or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong product, we will replace it free of cost. Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the item and the parcel.

How to return a product

  1. WhatsApp us at +92 301 7531564 with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We confirm your return and share the return address.
  3. Send the item back in its original packing.
  4. Once we receive and check it, we process your replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are sent by JazzCash or Easypaisa, usually within 5 to 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • The Rs 300 delivery charge is not refundable, except when the item was damaged or wrong.
  • For returns due to change of mind, the return delivery cost is paid by the customer. For damaged or wrong items, we cover it.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Just WhatsApp or call us with your order number.
