Traditional uses of Aloo Bukhara Irani

In Pakistani homes, Aloo Bukhara Irani is commonly used in these ways:

• Added to biryani and qorma for a sweet sour taste
• Made into imli aloo bukhara sharbat in summer
• Soaked in water at night in the tradition for a regular stomach

Add 4 to 5 pieces to rice or salan while cooking, or soak them in water overnight and drink the water in the morning.
