Yes. Private and wellness orders are sent in plain packaging with no product details on the outside.

Returns

Unopened and sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

WhatsApp us within 48 hours with a photo or video and we replace it free of cost.

By JazzCash or Easypaisa, usually within 5 to 7 working days after we receive the returned item.

Products & Quality

Yes. We have been in the herbal trade since 2005. Every herb is checked for correct identity and cleanliness and packed fresh after you order.

Every product shows its English, Urdu, Roman Urdu and botanical name so you always get the right herb.

Keep them in an airtight jar or the zip pouch, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Always use a dry spoon.
